At Macq, we are a Belgian family-owned company, now in our third generation, dedicated to making the world a safer and healthier place through innovation in mobility and technology. We design and manufacture both hardware and software in-house, providing complete smart mobility and intelligent traffic management solutions.
Our expertise covers ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), average speed enforcement, traffic flow optimization, and data-driven decision tools — all developed to help cities, authorities, and police forces create safer, smarter, and more sustainable mobility systems.

Warranty & Support
At Macq, we stand by the quality and reliability of our solutions. All our cameras come with a standard 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and component issues. This ensures your system performs at its best under normal operating conditions.
Our standard warranty lasts 2 years from the date of purchase. It covers hardware defects, component failures, and any issues caused by normal use. You can also extend your warranty by up to 8 years at an extra cost — giving you long-term protection and complete peace of mind for your investment.

Shipping & Delivery
At Macq, we ship both nationally and internationally using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your products.
National deliveries (within Belgium):
• Standard shipping: 1–3 business days
• Express shipping (when available): next business day
International deliveries:
• Within the European Union: 3–7 business days
• Outside the EU: 7–15 business days depending on distance and customs procedures
• Express international shipping (optional): 2–5 business days

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and preferred delivery method. Since our ANPR cameras and smart mobility systems are high-value and sensitive products, all shipments are carefully packaged, tracked, and insured to guarantee safe delivery.
For smaller national orders, standard courier rates apply, while larger or international shipments may require express or freight delivery. In many cases, shipping can also be included or negotiated as part of a project quotation.

Yes, in some cases you can arrange your own courier or collect your order directly from Macq. This option can be organized upon request and must be confirmed in advance with our Sales or Logistics Team to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can do so at our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection
