Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and preferred delivery method.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and added to your order. For smaller national orders, standard courier rates apply, while larger or international shipments may require express or freight delivery.
To receive an exact shipping cost estimate for your order, please contact our sales team, we’ll make sure to provide the most reliable and cost-effective delivery option for your region.
Yes, in some cases you can arrange your own courier or collect your order directly from Macq. This option can be organized upon request and must be confirmed in advance with our Sales or Logistics Team to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can do so at our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
Returns, Warranty & Service
At Macq, we stand by the quality and reliability of our solutions. All our cameras come with a standard 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and component issues. This ensures your system performs at its best under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty periods (for up to 8 years) can be purchased for an additional fee

- Cameras benefit from 1 year of free software updates. It is possible to purchase software extension packages for an additional fee.
- M³ software updates are included in the license fee.
